- State level Performance Review Unit (PRU) is set up under the Directorate of PPP to periodically review PPP project monitoring reports submitted by different administrative departments. If any intervention is required, the Directorate of PPP will forward it to the ECI for the necessary action.
- Directorate of PPP will setup an Information Management System (IMS) to seek information from line departments and compile quarterly reports.
- Departments shall designate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for each project and the same shall be communicated to PPP Directorate while placing the project for in-principle approval. The SPOC will update ECI/ HLCA through PPP Directorate with periodic information regarding the progress of the project.
